Caboolture Mozzarella Cheese is manufactured in Jervois South Australia, and is Australia's best Mozzarella Cheese.  United Dairy Products (UDP) took over the manufacturing and marketing of this range of product on 30th January 2012.

The Caboolture Mozzarella Cheese plant is located at Jervois in South Australia, and all cheese is made to a traditional formula to make it the best stretching cheese in Australia, Australia's leading Pizza Makers agree, its simply the best Pizza Cheese available in Australia and the World.

UDP also manufactures Cheddar Cheese at its Murray Bridge plant, as well as a wide variety of hard grating cheese, and traditional round cheese.
